       Answer:   The said premises is lying locked and nil consumption is being chared after November, 2003 (approximately).

 

 

 

 15.2)  Question:   How much load of the shop has been granted and in whose name the electric connection is granted?

 

       Answer:   The electric load has been sanctioned in the name of Smt. Tanuja Trivedi in r/o of shop as follows :
a) K-70569-L/Com-0.76 KW
b) K-70570-P/Com-1.00 KW

 

 

 

 15.3)  Question:   Whether any water meter stand in the name of shopkeeper?

 

       Answer:   No water connection exists in the shop.

 

 

 

 15.4)  Question:   To provide electric consumption record from January, 2003 to February, 2006 monthwise?

 

       Answer:   Detail of Electric consumption n respect of Shop no. 24, Main Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi is as under :-

There was Nil consumption on Light Meter from reading round 02.12.02 to 03.03.2003, 03.07.03, 03.10.03, 05.12.03, 04.02.04 to 05.03.05, 05.05.04, 02.07.04 and 03.09.04 to 02.02.06. During remaining period there was little consumption ranging from 10-30 units. Similarly, there was nil consumption on Power Meter also during reading round of 03.07.03, 05.12.03 to 05.03.04, 05.05.04, 02.07.04, 03.09.04 to 03.11.04 and 04.01.05 to 02.02.06. There was little consumption w.e.f. 02.12.02 to 03.06.03, 04.09.03 to 06.11.03 & 06.04.04 which ranges between 10 to 70 units. There was still more consumption during reading round of 04.08.03, 08.06.04, 03.08.04 & 02.12.04 which ranges between 100-150 units. The detailed report has been sent to applicant by post in the tabular form as Delhi Govt. web site is not accepting the reply in tabular form.
