Dear Citizen,

With this we make available for you another channel for putting across your grievances, which could not be settled by field units/offices. You can not only lodge your grievance here but also monitor its status. Availablity of data on grievances and its analysis will also enable us to identify weak spots so that corrective steps can be taken.

The Form has been so designed that your grievance gets sent directly to the Zonal/Divisional officer for quick action and feedback. Providing correct information on area, department etc. is thus vital for selection online of appropriate office to which the grievances gets allocated automatically. Proper escalation mechanism has been incorporated which attract the Head of Department/Agency and then my office.

Your suggestions on this newly developed system will be of great help to us to serve you better.
